The employees of Det faglige Hus, Ase and Kristelig Fagbevægelse are sales people and legal practitioners. - In 3F the employees are previous workers, who themselves have build houses, driven trucks or emptied garbage – people who understand us, and our issues. In Krifa, Ase and Det Faglige Hus the members don’t have a right to go on strike for better conditions. - In 3F we fight for better pay and work conditions, and if the companie don’t want to give their employees proper conditions, the members of 3F can go on strike, and block their companie. Krifa, Ase and Det Faglige Hus have almost no collective agreement with the companies. - 3F and the other LO unions have collective agreements with around 70% of the companies in Denmark. In Krifa, Ase and Det Faglige Hus you have no impact on the collective agreement with the companies. – In 3F you can influence the collective agreement throughout the union democracy, and you can vote yes or no to it, every time it gets renegotiated. Members of Krifa, Ase and Det Faglige Hus often enjoy the benefits of the collective agreements between 3F and the other LO unions, and the companies, because they apply to everyone. – But it’s the members of 3F and the other LO unions who pay for the good conditions. While Det Faglige Hus, Ase and Krifa can bring cases to the labor court. – It’s 3F and the other LO unions who created and maintain the court system, and we appoint the judges. Det Faglige Hus, Ase and Krifa claim to be a-political and rarely get involved in societal issues. - 3F and the other LO unions daily fight for better education, proper conditions for unemployed, and for a more fair and equal society. Det Faglige Hus, Ase and Krifa don’t go on construction site visits, to find and solve problems. They only focus on the paying members. - 3F visits construction sites all the time, and tries to find the companies who cheat their workers. Giving extra attention to migrant workers, who don’t know the rules yet. 3F takes responsibility for the whole labor market. Det Faglige Hus, Ase and Krifa are cheap, because they don’t fight for their members, or for a labor market and a society we can be proud of. 3F is always fighting, and quality costs money, that’s why 3F’s members choose to pay a high fee.
