BJMF: The union has shut down to a minimum
Due to the Coronavirus in Denmark we encourage you not to visit your union, but contact the union by phone. There may be very long waiting times on the phones. We hope that, of course, you understand that.

The union will not be visiting workplaces unless absolutely necessary. As a rule, all events, meetings and courses in the union, etc. will be canceled / moved to a later date.
If you become unemployed, do the following:
1. Register at jobnet.dk
2. Log in and complete the form called "Ansøgning om dagpenge for lønmodtagere" (Application for unemployment benefit for employees). Located at mit3f.dk.
Du to the special situation, you don't have to look for a job. No job search and no job log. New rules for unemployment benefits have emerged. This is because it can be difficult to find employment for unemployment benefit recipients during the current crisis.
The period from 9 March to 9 June is therefore not included in the unemployed seniority. But it is a condition that the members are a member of the a-box during the period.
Persons who have used up their unemployment benefit and who may have opted out of their unemployment insurance fund from March 9 will be able to re-enroll and thereby qualify for unemployment benefit until June 9.
It is a condition that they re-register in the period from March 9, 2020 to June 9, 2020 and pay the quota for the period announced.
