Confederation of Danish Industry

The Confederation of Danish Industry is Denmark’s largest employer and business organization.

The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) represents almost 10.000 small and large companies from basically all branches of Danish trade and industry across the country.

It is DI’s vision, that Denmark will become the world’s best country in which to establish and operate businesses – whether that be entrepreneurs, trying to gain a foothold, Danish companies, wanting to grow and conquer export markets or foreign companies, wanting to expand their business in Denmark.

DI has its head office in the Industriens Hus at the town hall square of Copenhagen. But is also present regionally and globally – with offices and projects across the world. From Greenland to South Africa, from Bolivia to the Philippines.

DI contributes to the development of the markets of the future through cooperation with sister organizations in developing and growth countries. We support stable labour markets and competitive companies for the benefit of local society and the Danish trade and industry.

DI believes that decent work and sustainable and competitive companies constitute the basis for a wealthy society. Favourable conditions for the companies mean that they can obtain new contracts, create jobs, contribute with more tax money and create wealth and more welfare.
