You can now book your frozen holiday money for the period 1 September 2019 to 31 March 2020, if you have earned holiday money under Danish holiday law for all or part of this period.

You order frozen holiday money at: https://ressourcer.borger.dk/bestil-feriemidler.html and then:
  1. Press the green button (Videre)
  2. Log in with NemID
  3. Select employee (lønmodtager.)
  4. Tick this small square where you confirm that you have been an employee during the period and press the green (Bestil) button

After a few days, you will receive a payment notification in your digital mailbox. The money is then transferred to your NemKonto within ten working days.

Citizens who do not have digital access can apply in writing via a form. The form is available by contacting ATP's customer service or can be found at: https://ressourcer.borger.dk/-/media/borgerdk/Dokumenter/ATP/lfm/Bestil_indefrosne_feriemidler.pdf

Many people cannot get the amounts on the Employees' Holiday Funds to fit in with what they have earned. This is most likely due to the fact that companies have a deadline to report holiday funds during the transition period (freezing) to the turn of the year.

When ATP now has to pay out before it was originally intended, it does so on the basis of your reported taxable A-income in the citizen's tax portfolio for the period 1 September 2019 to 31 March 2020.

It is therefore not important what the companies have reported at present. The State pays out.
